The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the VP of Development and will aid in designing, developing and implementing solutions to address the Identity Management Industry, and providing technical leadership within the development department. Responsibilities
Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed
Capable of working on multiple projects including front-end, middleware and database projects
Willingness to mentor and lead multiple teams
Willingness to read/write code as needed
Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
Follow the Agile software development lifecycle
Maintain solution requirements documents, create Epics and Stories as needed
SKILLS
Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following, on-premise, cloud, hybrid software development
Experience with one or more software languages like Java, .NET, TypeScript
Understanding of Window & Linux Server Architecture
Experience with one or more RDBMS like Oracle/MSSQL/Postgres
Understanding of NoSQL, Key-Value Storage Solutions
Experience with one or more cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google
Other Preferred
Experience with distributed architecture
Identity Management or Access Management
Integration or ETL Software
Understanding of Solution Architecture for Audit/Event/Telemetry Systems
Proven track record of success
Asana or comparable project management software
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following
